Intellectual Property and Trademark Protection Policy

1. Hoodex's Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Hoodex Platform — including software, algorithms, UI/UX design, brand name, logo, trademarks, service marks, content, and business processes — is owned by or licensed to Skyhood. These rights are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, the Patents Act, 1970, and other applicable IP laws of India.

2. Prohibited Uses

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or modifying Platform content.
• Using the 'Hoodex' name, logo, or brand in any unauthorized manner.
• Reverse-engineering the Platform or its algorithms.
• Scraping or harvesting Platform data.
• Creating derivative products or services using Platform IP.
• Using Platform IP for commercial purposes without written consent.

3. User Content Licence

By posting content on the Platform, you grant Hoodex a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sub-licensable, perpetual licence to use, display, adapt, and distribute such content for Platform operations and marketing. You represent that you own or have rights to all content you post.

4. Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, submit a written notice to legal@hoodex.work containing:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
• Identification of the infringing material on the Platform.
• Your contact details.
• A declaration that the information is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act.

Hoodex will review and take appropriate action within a reasonable time.

5. Trademark Usage

'Hoodex' and associated logos are trademarks of Skyhood. You may not use these marks in any way that implies affiliation, endorsement, or partnership with Hoodex without prior written consent.

6. Enforcement

Hoodex vigorously enforces its intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use may result in Platform account termination, civil action for damages and injunction, and criminal complaints where applicable.
