Data Retention and Deletion Policy

1. Overview

This policy outlines how long Hoodex retains your personal data and the process for data deletion requests. Data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law.

2. Retention Periods

3. Data Deletion Requests

You may request deletion of your personal data by submitting a request at support@hoodex.work. Hoodex will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to:

• Legal retention obligations (tax, regulatory, law enforcement).
• Pending legal, regulatory, or law enforcement matters.
• Outstanding disputes or pending payouts.

4. Residual Data

After account deletion, anonymized and aggregated data that does not identify you personally may be retained indefinitely for analytics, research, and Platform improvement.

5. Account Deletion Process

• Navigate to: Profile > Settings > Delete Account.
• Settle all pending obligations (outstanding payments, ongoing disputes).
• Submit deletion request. Account will be deactivated immediately; data will be deleted/anonymized per the schedule above.
