Content Moderation Policy

1. Overview

Hoodex moderates all User-generated content (profiles, job listings, reviews, messages, photos) to ensure compliance with Community Guidelines, Terms & Conditions, and applicable law. Moderation is conducted through a combination of automated AI tools and human review.

2. Content Standards

All content must be: accurate, professional, relevant to Platform use, non-offensive, and lawful. Prohibited content includes:

• Illegal, obscene, defamatory, harassing, or threatening material.
• Fake, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Content infringing third-party intellectual property rights.
• Sexually explicit, violent, or hate speech content.
• Spam, phishing links, or malware.

3. AI Moderation Disclosure

Hoodex uses automated AI tools to scan, flag, and in some cases remove content that appears to violate Platform policies. Automated content decisions are subject to human review upon User appeal.

4. Moderation Actions

Action	When Applied
Content Removal	Content violates Community Guidelines or law.
Account Warning	First or minor content violation.
Temporary Restriction	Repeated violations or borderline serious violation.
Permanent Account Termination	Serious, repeated, or criminal content.
Law Enforcement Reporting	Criminal, CSAM, or national security related content.

5. User Rights — Appeals

Users may appeal content removal decisions within 14 days through the in-app appeal feature or by contacting support@hoodex.work. Appeal review is conducted by a human moderator. Appeal decision is final.

6. Government & Legal Requests

Hoodex will comply with valid government and court orders to remove content or provide information. This includes compliance with IT Act Section 79 requirements for intermediaries.
