3. POSH Compliance
Hoodex maintains an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) as required under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. Sexual harassment complaints involving Platform interactions should be directed to support@hoodex.work.
4. User Compliance Obligations
Users are solely responsible for their own compliance with all laws applicable to their use of the Platform, including labour laws, tax laws, professional licensing, and sector-specific regulations. Hoodex makes no representation regarding the lawfulness of specific activities in particular jurisdictions.
5. Regulatory Cooperation
Hoodex cooperates fully with government and regulatory investigations. Hoodex will respond to valid legal requests, government notices, court orders, and regulatory inquiries in accordance with applicable law.
