What We Do
Hoodex is a mobile-first platform available on Android and iOS. It connects workers and employers in the same area through a simple, fast, and transparent bidding system:
- Employers post a job with a description and budget using text, audio, or video.
- Workers nearby see the listing and place their bids in real time.
- The employer reviews bids and selects the best worker — giving full pricing control to both sides.
- After completion, both parties rate each other through audio, video, or text reviews.
The HDx Coin System
Hoodex runs on a premium coin-based model called HDx Coins. Employers use coins to post jobs; workers use coins to place bids. This ensures only serious, committed users participate — maintaining quality and trust on the platform. Every new account receives 100 free HDx Coins to get started.

Hoodex operates as a technology intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. Hoodex is not an employer of Workers — all Workers on the Platform are independent contractors.
Our data practices comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA). A dedicated Data Protection Officer and Grievance Officer are in place for user concerns.
